Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love our products, so if something isn’t right, please let us know and we will do our best to satisfy you! If you aren’t happy, we aren’t happy!

Damaged Items

If the product arrives damaged in any way, we will send out a replacement free of charge. To qualify for a free replacement, you must e-mail us photos of the original damaged packing and items immediately upon arrival. This ensures that we can make a proper claim with the shipping agent.


If you require a different size or change your mind about the item, please contact us first. You will then need to send the item back to us and pay a small fee for shipping the new item back out to you. If you don’t want an item in exchange, we will refund you for the cost of the original item (but shipping is not refundable). Once we receive the original item back, we will send out the replacement.
